The historical and military artifacts from the period 1933-1945 offered on NOBIS24 are offered solely for the purposes of civic education, defense against unconstitutional and anti-constitutional activities, scientific and art historical research, education or reporting on current events, or military historical and uniform research (Section 86a of the German Criminal Code). By placing orders for items bearing emblems of the Third Reich, the purchaser agrees to acquire these items only for historical and scientific purposes as described above and not to use them in any way for propaganda purposes, particularly as defined in Section 86a of the German Criminal Code.
